I earned my UCLA Feature Film Writing Certificate in 2013. Before and since then: 30+ children's episodes, five feature-length screenplays, and enough rewrites to wallpaper a small country.
THE AFFAIR (SEITENSPRUNG) was produced and aired in Germany in 2014 — proof that the right story finds its audience. NO SEX IN THE RIGHT ANGLE is currently on life support. One of those glorious "almost" projects that refuses to die — which honestly means it's still alive.
I developed and wrote the animated feature SAVING JOY for Mack Media in Germany. A director was excited, artists were already drawing, and then it sadly went away. Another "almost." In this industry—still closer to success than “I haven’t tried.”
My TV pilot THANKS FOR DYING! is deep in rewrites. POOR THINGS is right behind it, after years living in the archives.
Beyond the page: I was a staff writer on a Dating Game Show in Germany with Jörg Pilawa, developed a documentary with and for Tatjana Patitz, and worked on GREEN SAILS — a TV show by Greg Widen, shot in Brisbane, Australia. And I was thrilled being the Development Executive on the TV movie BUSINESS TRIP, WHAT A NIGHT — starring Christoph Waltz and Armin Rohde. It was shot in beautiful Munich, Germany (my home town).
