Creative Brain & Idea Maker
My dad drilled it into me early: there are no problems, there are only solutions. It sounds simple and changes everything. The moment you stop staring at the wall and start looking for the door, something shifts — your brain lights up, ideas start flowing, and possibilities you swore weren't there a second ago suddenly are. Some people call life with all its twists and turns a rollercoaster. I call it an invigorating creativity workout. No sore muscles, but jacked imagination.
And here's the funny part: creativity is the only math that works backwards. The more you spend the more you have.
This beautiful, broken math works everywhere. Not just in life — but when you're building campaigns, leading teams, wrangling multi-million-dollar productions, cracking the log line for a feature film, finding the heart of an animated kids' show, writing hundreds of :06 (sound on/sound off), :30s and :15s from every angle imaginable, thousands of headlines and campaign lines, one after another.
I have been growing and accumulating creativity for over twenty-five years across the advertising and the entertainment industry, delivering ideas over ideas over ideas… I got to work with some of the most creative advertising agencies in Germany. I developed TV shows in Germany and LA. I was a staff writer on a dating-game show. I wrote screenplays for animated kids' series and live-action films that actually made it on screen, and some made it almost on screen. Yes, we all need to celebrate the “almosts” as well. And for the last ten years, I was part of the creative team at Saatchi LA, leading wonderful campaigns.
The wall never stopped me. There's always a door.
